about me

Aenea Morgaine Westermann is a German Artist. Having lived in cities such as Chicago, Paris, London, and Amsterdam, she carries a mosaic of cultures and environments within her. Each city allowed her to become a different version of herself, influencing both her artistic and personal development. These contrasting worlds added their own layers of emotion and imagery to her work.

"Everything in this universe is made of stardust and therefore connected in a rather surreal way. This fascination, along with my love for nature—particularly animals—is at the core of my work.

My art forms a microcosm where observations, emotions, and encounters with nature melt together in an enigmatic way. It embodies a balance between rational perception and the power of dreams and the unconscious mind.
I want to challenge perception of what the mind knows and what the eye sees.

Today’s art often leaves less room for interpretation. My aim is to awaken creative thinking and enrich the imagination. Each viewer brings their own story—and with it, a unique interpretation shaped by memory, emotion, and experience. There is no single meaning, only a dialogue between the observer and the work.
And that’s the beauty of it."
